HR Assistant


  • A graduate of human resource management, psychology, political science, business management, business administration, behavioral science or any related courses;
  • Preferably with at least (6) six months experience as a human resources assistant or equivalent professional practice;
  • Proficient in written and communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer processes programs (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and e-mail);
  • Excellent in decision and problem solving skills

Job description:

  • Handles recruitment activities including advertising or posting of job vacancies, processing of applications, conducting tests and preliminary interviews, arranging selection interviews and handling employment documentation
  • Coordinates with manpower agencies
  • Prepares and updates personnel records (201 files) and encodes information into the employee data base
  • Prepares orientation materials and conducts orientation for new employees
  • Assists in planning and organizing employee welfare programs and other company activities
  • Performs related tasks as may be assigned form time to time.
