Job description:
- Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting (15-25) outlet visitations;
- Assess and recommends feasibility/market study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;
- Executes personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
- Supervises and trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
- Responsible in achieving monthly and annually sales targets;
- Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, advertising, mass communications or any related courses;
- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as a franchise area sales supervisor in a food industry or equivalent professional practice;
- Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
- Excellent in written and communication skills;
- Excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
- Excellent leadership / management skills;
- Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, & policies;
- Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
- Self-motivated and hardworking;
- Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
- Sales and goal oriented;
- Willing to do field work;
- Flexible
