Area Sales Supervisor (North Luzon)


  • A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, advertising, mass communications or any related courses;
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as a franchise area sales supervisor in a food industry or equivalent professional practice;
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
  • Excellent in written and communication skills;
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
  • Excellent leadership / management skills;
  • Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, & policies;
  • Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
  • Self-motivated and hardworking;
  • Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
  • Sales and goal oriented;
  • Willing to do field work;
  • Flexible

Job description:

  • Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting (15-25) outlet visitations;
  • Assess and recommends feasibility/market study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;
  • Executes personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
  • Supervises and trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
  • Responsible in achieving monthly and annually sales targets;
  • Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
