The Jimini story goes back to 1996 when the Tan family, encouraged by the need to make pizza enjoyment fast and convenient, started a backyard kitchen operation with three employees. The concept for Jimini Whole Pizza was a frozen-fresh pizza format where pizza can taste like freshly prepared pizzeria quality pizza when baked at home.

By the 2000s, Jimini launched its second brand, Pizza Pedrico’s, and rolled out their products across various distribution platforms, thereby establishing a nationwide footprint.
